This 3/8-1/2 IN spill resistant atmospheric vacuum breaker repair kit for series 289 prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage. It consists of a check assembly, vent spring, retainer and bonnet O-ring. It is ideal for health hazard applications requiring continuous pressure such as on chemical dispensers or factory machine equipment.
